Whey protein – all essential amino acids, affordable price, although lactose is a common allergen.

Soy protein – all essential amino acids, cost effective vegan option, whilst is allergen and estrogen (when consumed in huge quantities may lower testosterone levels and sex drive). From the other side – phytoestrogens may protect against some cancers.
